Can the gQuotes application in the Portal be used for both Graham and Curries, or just Graham?

The Portal is used for both Graham and CURRIES distributors; however, currently gQuotes is only available for quoting Graham Wood Doors. To view both Graham and CURRIES order information through the Portal, both your Graham and CURRIES distributor number needs to be added to your Portal account. Contact your CURRIES Customer Service Professional for details on how to accomplish this.

What other detailed information is available on the on-line order page?

Detailed information includes hinge & lock preps; lite cut-outs/moulding; lite sizes & locations; blocking, & special hardware and/or instructions.  ***Note: At this time there are some restrictions.  Doors must be separated by line item on the quote because additional information can not be added if all doors are on a single line.

When does the "Submit Order" button appear after an on-line quote is done?

After the "Submit for Quote" button has been clicked & the status is changed from "New" to "Quoted."

Once an on-line quote form is completed how do I change the status to "Quoted"?

Click on the "Submit for Quote" button located at the bottom of the on-line form.
